Our main goal in this ministry is to provide for you the most wonderful, beautiful, honorable, and memorable celebration possible. We really do care about you and never would want to be considered a “business”.

Addressing Your Needs

"America was not built on fear. America was built on courage, on imagination and an unbeatable determination to do the job at hand.”
Harry S. Truman

The loss of a loved one is a hard time to go through in everyone’s life. Many will say the most tragic and difficult loss is that of a son or daughter. Unfortunately, that is most often the case in the Military. Your son or daughter made that honorable choice to choose a career path to serve their country ultimately for you and me to protect our freedoms. Their bravery and unselfishness must be admired and recognized by each person in our society for the sacrifices they made. God Bless America for allowing us to make our choices so that if we desire to willingly serve our country through service in our military, we can achieve those dreams.

A few don’t make it and lose their lives fighting for us. The Last Watch Foundation was created to help you. We perform the scattering-of-ashes-at-sea for those who have perished protecting us. We extend this to all family members pro-bono just to do our part in recognizing our Heroes. We also arrange for Honor Guard Services should the family want this ceremony. Some families do not want an Honor Guard Ceremony and that’s OK: They have told us that they just want something simple. We honor and respect the decisions of the grieving family.

When we perform the burial ceremony, we want to emphasize that it is your day. The ceremony will be performed with love, respect, honor, and dignity for that is the only way it should be. In the planning stages when you contact us, together we will put together the burial ceremony according to your wishes. Your loved one deserves nothing but the best and we promise you that we will give ours.

For the State of California, the Secretary of State and Attorney General, Department of Justice, and Department of Consumer Affairs have awarded a non-profit, public benefit, charitable trust designation to The Last Watch Foundation to provide funeral services to help the Military and their families. We are the only organization in the United States to be awarded this honor. The State has also given us license to perform the scattering of ashes at sea. If a donation to The Last Watch is ever received, those funds are deposited directly into The Last Watch Foundation.
